History
iQ selection was established in the UAE in 1997 and has since built up an impressive client base of leading employers across the GCC and beyond. On 3rd November 2010, iQ selection integrated its operations with Morgan McKinley and changed its name to Morgan McKinley.
iQ selection was already part of the same recruitment group and as we trade as Morgan McKinley in all other countries, it made sense to do the same in the UAE. It is part of the group’s strategy to create a single, unified brand that is truly global.
