Our Growth

We began trading in the UAE in 1997 under the iQ selection brand providing specialist recruitment services throughout the GCC region.

In parallel, our parent company was established in Cork, Ireland over 20 years ago and has become the leading recruitment group in the Irish market, specialising in Financial Services, Accounting & Finance, Technical, IT, Office Support and Executive Search.  For the past seven years, we have also been expanding our services overseas in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia.

As we already trade as Morgan McKinley in all other countries, we decided to take the significant step of rebranding iQ selection to Morgan McKinley in the GCC from the 3rd November 2010.
