BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

One of the worlds top five OEM’s for gas turbines, steam turbines and critical boiler systems are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager in the UAE. In this role you will report in to the General Manager for the Middle East and the Business Manager for Power Systems at the Global Head Quarters. The organization has already supplied plant to some of the Middle East’s regions largest Power Plant developments.

Focusing on the MENA region your key responsibilities will be:
-Develop and coordinate business development opportunities through the development of a professional network with existing and potential clients.
-Track new business opportunities in the MENA region for Greenfield and Brownfield power projects.
-Obtain tender documents and solicit qualified business proposals.
-Support the commercial negotiation and financial close alongside the Head Quarters business development team.

Candidates must have 10 or more years experience in business development in the power generation sector. Specifically this should include gas and/or steam turbines supplied to high output Power plants. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and contacts in the Middle East.
