23,000 to 28,000 AED / $6,200 to $7,500 package per month

The Role
Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, and working in a state of the art manufacturing facility, your key responsibilities will be:
• Hands-on management of a production team with responsibility for KPI’s associated with yield, cost, quality, customer service, safety, hygiene and planned maintenance.
• To plan, co-ordinate and review training and personal development plans.
• To promote and drive a lean and continuous improvement culture.
• Develop a problem solving and root cause analysis culture within the team.
• Ensure your team complies with HSQE regulations.

The Candidate
• Previous experience in high volume manufacturing, preferably FMCG, is required.
• Candidates must have an understanding of world class manufacturing (lean, kanban, JIT) and basic technical skills.
• Candidates must be strong communicators, strive for excellence, manage conflict well and work well under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
• 2 roles are available. For the 28,000 AED per month a minimum of 5 years experience is required. For the 23,000 AED per month role a minimum of 2 years experience is required.
