HR MANAGER

Due to ongoing expansion within the Middle East my client is recruiting for an HR Manager to support the HR department in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Based in Saudi, the principal responsibility of this position is to operationally support the organizations current HR department. Provide support to the Country Head in implementing people strategy, Talent Acquisition and execute the standardization of HR policies. The role will also require support to other line managers in people management activities and educate employees in employee relation procedures.

As the successful candidate, you MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience in HR within the country as well as a Master degree in HR or business. You must be fluent in both English and Arabic. The flexibility to travel within the country is expected. The candidate must be a hands on person with potential to grow and develop, they should have high passion, energy and committed to the company and brand.
