My client is a major global financial services provider engaged in brokerage, corporate, investment banking and wealth management. With over 140 staff and offices in various countries in the Middle East my client is one of Abu Dhabi’s most desirable finance corporations to work for.
Due to ongoing expansion within the UAE my client is recruiting for an Executive Team Assistant to support the CEO & Director.
Based in Abu Dhabi, the principal responsibility of this position is to provide efficient and effective organizational support to the CEO and Director helping them develop, prioritize and manage their agenda’s of critical business priorities. The role will also include extensive travel arrangements, diary management and communicating with various external clients and other internal departments.
As the successful candidate, you must have a minimum of 4 years experience supporting senior management within a financial institution. You should have exceptional organization, attention to detail and time management skills. You must have the ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills and effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
